Fisher Branch

The Heart of Canada

Located over 100km north of Winnipeg, Fisher Branch, population 485, lies between Poplarfield on Highway 68 & 17 and Hodgson, on Highway 17. To the north are three First nations communities: Fisher River, Peguis and Jackhead.

Fisher Branch is a farming community, with a town that has all the necessary day-to-day supplies needed by locals. Farming is mixed, including grain, hogs, cattle and turkeys.

It boasts the largest wagon wheel statue in the world.

Nearby are the Broad Valley and Marble Ridge Hutterite Colonies.
