The trailer is a 2008 44’ park model, which means it is more permanent than a conventional RV. Full shower and tub, regular toilet, full kitchen with full-size fridge, large microwave, 24” range with oven and four burners, tall ceilings, tons of cupboards and storage.
There are two bedrooms, with the front bedroom having a pull-out sofa bed and the main rear bedroom a queen bed. The front bedroom has an accordion wall, so that the room doubles as a living room with huge expanse of panoramic windows.
The main seating and dining area has a second hide-a-bed.
Altogether, the trailer sleeps six adults comfortably (or a pile of kids with a little less comfort!!!)
The dining area has four chairs and table, while the kitchen has an open L shaped counter.
For cooling, there are two ceiling fans and an excellent air conditioning unit. Furnace is propane. Hot water heater is propane tankless for instant heat at zero standby costs.
Roof rubber paint coat was applied in 2025, so you are good until 2029 or so before repainting.
This unit is perfect for a family, with space to sleep 6, and the campground recently converted to family-friendly, although quads and ATVs are not allowed. It also has served us as a senior couple very well for the past several years.
We have spent the past 12 summers here and have enjoyed every minute. With only 65 sites, it is quiet and peaceful, but every neighbour is exceptional.

This year we installed a new tankless hot water system. In 2025 we installed a water filter system, kitchen floor and kitchen spray faucet. In 2024 we installed a new surge protector system. You are all set to enjoy, with no expected upgrades or repairs needed.
